This is a 3 week week online course that will run Monday to Friday, 9:30am until 4pm.
The course is mainly online, however, it is only open to residents of Surrey.
This short course is designed to provide you with the essential knowledge and skills required to successfully establish and manage a new business venture.
This qualification covers a wide range of topics, including initial steps for a business start-up, marketing strategies, legal and financial considerations and the development of a robust business plan.
You will gain a thorough understanding of the key elements involved in creating and launching a successful business start-up.
By completing this course, you will gain a nationally recognised qualification, which can significantly enhance your knowledge and skills in supporting and setting up your own business.
The course provides a solid foundation in principles of business start-up, preparing you for further study or progression into higher-level qualifications.
Additionally, the course covers market research, marketing strategies, financial forecasts, promotional and pricing strategies. It will enhance your employability & entrepreneurial potential and position you for success in the world of business.
