Course Description

The Marketing Manager Level 6 apprenticeship develops the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to lead marketing strategy and deliver measurable outcomes across an organisation.
Learners build competence in developing and implementing marketing strategy aligned to business objectives, managing integrated campaign plans, overseeing budgets and commissioning research to inform decision-making. The programme strengthens capability in analysing complex data, tracking performance and reporting insights to senior stakeholders. It also develops leadership skills to manage and motivate teams, work with external agencies and influence cross-functional delivery.

Learning is applied directly through real workplace projects, ensuring relevance and tangible impact. This supports marketing managers to improve planning discipline, strengthen brand and proposition positioning, and make evidence-based choices about channels, messaging and investment.
