Course Eligibility

  • Candidates need to be 19 or older as of 31st August 2022
  • Unemployed and claiming benefits
  • Lived in the UK at least 3 years or have refugee status
  • You must not be in any other form of education, this includes any government funded courses.
  • Must have access to a laptop, tablet or computer

Course Description

Fully accredited course with employment opportunities with London Ambulance Service as a 999 Emergency Call Handler at SE1 8SD (Waterloo) E3 3PA (Bow)

The course is suitable for all, if you are new to customer service or those wishing to refresh their skills. You can be aiming to return to work, change career or have been in customer service roles previously but did not complete any formal qualifications.

The qualification will provide you with the knowledge required to deal with customers on a daily basis and is applicable to a variety of work environments.
