Resident in the UK for a minimum of 3 years
Must be unemployed or earning less than £20,319 PA

Course Description

Interested in becoming a Teaching Assistant? Looking for a job interview at the end? You’re at the right place!

This is a classroom based course in Barnoldswick, where you will study Support Work in School, this Level 2 qualification will provide an introduction to the skills, qualities and knowledge that may be required for employment.

On competition of your L2 Support work in Schools we are also offering a Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Autism PLUS Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Distressed Behaviour in Children.

You will study one day a week on Thursday from the 11th April, for a duration of 9 weeks.

At week 3 of training employers will be attending the course to introduce themselves and set up Job Interviews!

Successful completion of your SWIS course will gain you the following qualifications:

Pearson Edexcel Level 2 Award in Support Work in Schools

NOCN Level 1 Certificate in Employability Skills

CPD Accredited SEND
