Course Eligibility

 
  • You must be unemployed
  • Learners need to have the following ID: Passport or Birth Certificate (the right to live and work in the UK)
  • Proof of address dated within the last 3 months of the course start date (Utility bill, bank statement, HMRC letter)
  • Candidates need to be 19 or older as of 31st August 2023
  • Must live in one of the following areas:
  • Wigan
  • Trafford
  • Tameside
  • Oldham
  • Manchester
  • Rochdale
  • Stockport
  • Must have access to a laptop, tablet or PC.

Course Description

This is a remote course where you will learn from home with guidance from a tutor. You must have access to a laptop/tablet or PC, a smart phone will not suffice.

This course is only available for residents of the following areas:

  • Wigan
  • Trafford
  • Tameside
  • Oldham
  • Manchester
  • Rochdale
  • Stockport

This is a Level 1 Certificate in Introduction to Health & Social Care.
