Living in Suffolk or Working in Suffolk and nearby boroughs (Including Babergh, Mid Suffolk, East Suffolk,
West Suffolk and Ipswich)
Have lived in the UK for a minimum of 4 months
Can commit to the hours and days of the course, have no reasons why they would not
be able to attend.
Is not currently take part in Entry Level 2 ESOL or Higher previously.
Who should enroll on a ESOL course?
This is a course for residents of Suffolk, who have a basic knowledge of the English language and would like to develop their knowledge of this language further.
It can be especially beneficial for individuals who are newcomers to the country, especially Refugees and Asylum Seekers, Adult learners, Job seekers, plus people seeking basic communication skills such as seniors or older adults.
The course is accredited by Trinity College London and the content of this qualification covers topics such as:
Listening and speaking skills
Reading skills
Writing skills
Vocabulary development
Grammar basics
Everyday situations
Cultural and social awareness
Listening comprehension
Speaking practice
