Early Years Educator Skills Bootcamp – Blended Learning – Guaranteed Interviews & DBS – Liverpool

This Skills Bootcamp includes a DBS, a Work Experience Placement and a Guaranteed Job Interview! 

This is an Eight Week Course & Includes the Below Qualifications:

• L3 Paediatric First Aid (Ofsted/EYFS requirement)
• L3 Learning Beyond the Classroom
• Level 2 Award in Safeguarding and Protecting Children and Young People

Content Included:

EYFS Principles, Safeguarding & Professional Conduct, Child Development, SEND Awareness & Equality,

Language-Rich Environments & Working with Parents, Health, Safety, Wellbeing & Practitioner Resilience,

Play, Creativity & Curriculum Planning, Behaviour Management, Digital Tools & Placement Induction,

Outdoor Learning & Reflective Practice, Paediatric First Aid Completion & Career Planning

Accelerate Progress: This Skills Bootcamp also offers a unique, direct path to an Accelerated Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship, saving up to 3 months of learning time.

Course Delivery:
Course Start Date: Wednesday 5th November 2025
Course Completion: Wednesday 7th January 2026
Course Duration: 8 Weeks
Blended Learning: The course is delivered online as 3 sessions per week over Microsoft Teams (Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays). 
However, the first 2 days and the final 2 days are delivered face to face in Liverpool city centre, L1 3AY (to cover registration, DBS application etc and paediatric first aid training).

For the course, you will need either a laptop, desktop computer or a tablet with a keyboard. Devices must be compatible with Microsoft Teams.
