Classroom Based – Skills Bootcamp in Green Construction! Bristol Based.

This is a 4 week Level 2 bootcamp in Green Construction for residents who live in Bristol. 

Upon completion of this course, we will also offer guaranteed job interviews for all!

Aimed at providing the background skills and knowledge to understand the green agenda & its impact on the construction sector.

This course is open to individuals who already have a CSCS card and would like to expand on their expertise. Non CSCS card holders are also able to attend and their CSCS card will be funded for them upon completion of the course.

Units Covered:

Climate change/Environmental:

• Climate change, sustainability & the environment
• The relationship between work & energy consumption
•  The industry, resource efficiency & waste management
• Reducing energy consumption in the work environment

Working in the construction industry:

• Introduction to self employment
• A career working in construction
• sustainability in the construction industry

The course will also cover:

• Level 2 in Personal Development for Employability
• Award in Health & Safety in a Construction Environment
