Learners explore the full event lifecycle, including event research, planning support, logistic coordination, supplier engagement, on-site assistance and post-event evaluation. The programme emphasises hands-on, work-based application so learners can apply concepts directly within real events, supporting teams from pre-planning through to delivery and review.

Structured coaching, workplace projects and peer learning activities help learners build confidence in time management, stakeholder communication, problem solving and task prioritisation.
