Course Description

The Understanding Workplace Violence and Harassment Level 2 qualification is designed for employees working in any business or organisational setting. The course raises awareness of different forms of workplace violence and harassment, including physical, verbal, and non-verbal behaviours, and explores their impact on individuals, teams, and organisations.

Learners develop understanding of legal responsibilities, organisational policies, reporting procedures, and appropriate responses to incidents. The programme promotes respectful behaviour, early intervention, and personal responsibility, supporting the development of positive workplace culture. Learning is delivered flexibly and applied directly in the workplace, helping organisations create safer, more inclusive, and compliant working environments.
