Course Eligibility

  • If in London on a Visa, this must cover the duration of the course and the individual must have the right to work
  • Must be a London resident
  • Claiming benefits, or if not and Unemployed, be able to provide an email with details of how you are financially supported. 
  • Can be Unemployed or Employed
  • If Employed working less than 16 hours and earning under London Living Wage £27,000
  • If Employed are looking to move into a new role or have the option to progress within their current role (This will be checked with your Employer).
  • Committed and have the means to work FULL TIME
  • Not in any other form of Education or Training
  • Candidates need to be 19 or older as of 31st August 2025

Course Description

This course is designed for learners who want to develop practical digital and IT skills for work, study, or everyday life. It is suitable for those looking to improve their confidence and employability in a wide range of sectors where digital competency is essential.

Course Aims

  • To provide learners with the knowledge and skills to use digital technologies confidently and effectively.
  • To prepare learners for further study in IT/digital fields or to enhance their employability across different industries.
  • To develop problem-solving and communication skills using digital tools.

 

Course Duration

Timings: 9.30am – 3.30pm – Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday

Duration: 6 Weeks

End Date: Wednesday 10th June 2026

Location: Online

Learners need to be committed to entering the job market directly after completion of the programme, have nothing preventing them from working, and are committed to attending mandatory weekly job search sessions face to face in Stratford upon completion until work is found. 

As this will be online Learners will need to have basic IT Skills i.e. Able to send and receive emails, able to use Microsoft word to complete their work, have a laptop or computer at home (Tablet at a push) – This training cannot be done on a tablet.
