Online Project Management Skills Bootcamp -Berkshire

If you’re, exploring a new career path, or currently job hunting, our Project Management Skills Bootcamp in Berkshire is here to support your growth. You’ll develop the core knowledge, tools, and techniques needed to plan, lead, and deliver successful projects – no matter your role. On top of that, you’ll work towards earning the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ), giving your CV a valuable edge.

Duration:

60 hours over 4 Weeks

3 days per week learning from 9:30am to 4pm, across a 4-week period. The timetable includes regular breaks and a set lunch break to keep you refreshed and focused throughout the day.

Study Modes:

Fully online, group-led training and coaching sessions that incorporate a range of interactive activities to keep learning engaging and practical

Qualifications:

APM Project Management Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ). Certificate of completion from Fareport Training & The Skills and Business Hub 

Who is this course aimed at?:

Applicants must be Berkshire residents, aged 19 or over as of 31st August 2025. Those currently unemployed. You must have the right to work in the UK and have lived in the UK continuously for the past three years.

A strong interest in project management and a genuine commitment to developing your skills through the Skills Bootcamp is essential. During the programme, you’ll study the theory and key concepts required for the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification, leading up to a 60-minute exam.

Don’t worry, you’ll receive plenty of support, guidance, and expert coaching throughout.

Module 2: Roles And Responsibilities & Project Planning

Module 3: Project Execution

Module 4: Project Closure & Quality Management

Module 5: Leadership, Communication & Teamwork Within Project Management

Module 6: Additional Project Management Soft Skills & Mock Exam

Module 7: Agile Project Management + Digital Tools & Fundamental Exam

Module 8: Applying Projects In The Workplace
